CCM Health Welcomes Stephanie Baldwin, APRN, CNP

CCM Health is excited to welcome Stephanie Baldwin, APRN, CNP to our team of growing providers!  Stephanie attended the University of Minnesota and the University of North Dakota and is board certified with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Stephanie has previously worked at CCM Health as an EMT, in the Cardiac Rehabilitation department, and the hospital as an RN.

Stephanie is originally from Minnetonka, MN and currently resides in Dawson, MN with her husband Jordan who works in law enforcement and their 3 children: Jackson (13), Ana (7), and Olivia (4).  In her spare time Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, seasonal activities, and going to their family cabin in Deerwood, MN. 

Stephanie’s focus during her education was in rural medicine and emphasis in Family Practice.  “I found CCM Health to be the perfect fit for establishing my practice and being able to balance my family life.  I have spent the last 5 years working here as an RN and have learned an abundance from the providers I trained with.  Within my scope of practice, I am most passionate about being able to take care of patients across their lifespan, improving patient outcomes through preventative care, and providing the highest quality of care.”
