2026 Wellness Challenge

What is the CCM Wellness Center Wellness Challenge?

The 2026 CCM Wellness Center Wellness Challenge is an 8-week program designed to help you build sustainable habits that support your overall health and well-being.

Participants earn and post weekly points across multiple pillars of wellness, including physical, emotional, nutritional, and lifestyle. The goal is mindful progress, long-term habit building, and friendly competition that provides motivation and accountability.

Who can participate in the challenge?
Open to individuals living in and near Montevideo, Minnesota. Teams may include co-workers, family members, and friends.

When does the challenge run?
The challenge goes from February 8 through April 4, 2026.

What is the cost?
The cost is only $10.00 per person.

What are the Challenge Details:
Participants sign up in teams of four (4) and choose a team name and captain. Individuals earn points for themselves and their team using a weekly point system, plus 15 points for each 1% of weight loss.

Weigh-in dates and times:
Initial Weigh-Ins – February 4 & 5, 2026:
February 4th (11:00am – 1:00pm) or February 5th (6:30-8:30am)

Final Weigh-Ins – April 1 & 2, 2026:
April 1st (11:00am – 1:00pm) or April 2nd (6:30-8:30am)

All weigh-ins will take place at the CCM Wellness Center in Montevideo, MN.

Registration is open until 8:30 AM on Thursday, February 5, 2026.

Each participant will need to complete a registration form separately.

Teams with less than four members will be paired with other individuals that register without a team.

Initial weigh-in dates are February 4 & 5, 2026.

A welcome email will be sent after initial weigh-ins are complete that will provide links to website and apps to track challenge participation.

Weekly Challenges
Week 1 Move with Intention:

(2/8–2/14): Move intentionally for 20 minutes daily.

Week 2 Hydration & Fuel:
(2/15–2/21): Drink 64 oz. of water daily and include protein at each meal.

Week 3 Sleep & Stress Reset:
(2/22–2/28): Practice one daily habit that supports rest or stress management.

Week 4 Functional Strength:
(3/1–3/7): Complete 10–15 minutes of functional strength each day.

Week 5 Balanced Plate:

(3/8–3/14): Build one balanced meal daily (protein, fiber-rich carbs, healthy fats).

Week 6 Social Connection:
(3/15–3/21): Make one meaningful connection each day.

Week 7 Lifestyle Reset:

(3/22–3/28): Choose one small habit reset each day.

Week 8 Cardio Consistency:
(3/29–4/4): Complete 30 minutes of cardio daily.
What are the prizes?

Cash prizes for the CCM Wellness Center Wellness Challenge will be determined by the total number of registered participants. Prizes will be awarded in these categories:

TEAM PRIZES (1st – 3rd Place)
INDIVIDUAL PRIZES (1st – 10th Place)

Prizes will be awarded by April 15, 2026 after all scores have been recorded and reviewed.

How do you earn points?

Points are earned by completing weekly challenges and weigh-ins. To qualify for weight loss points, initial and final weigh-ins must be collected at CCM Wellness Center.
