Mason, Fitness Specialist
How did you get started in the fitness industry?
I started my fitness journey in high school, I decided I wanted to try it and fell in love with it. I began wanting to help others on their fitness journeys. The Alexandria Technical Community College offered a course just for me to fulfill that.
Do you have a specialty or preferred area?
While in college the opportunity arose where us students had the privilege to work with adults, high school students, and athletes. I am open to any and every client and am willing to do whatever it takes to help you see results.
What are some of your hobbies/interests?
My hobbies include working out at the gym, playing golf, taking my two dogs for walks, and cooking.
What is your fitness philosophy?
My training philosophy consists of compound movements that are functional and will improve your daily life. You should be able to live a long happy life with minimal issues.
Courtney, Fitness Specialist
How did you get started in the fitness industry?
It really started back in high school where I enjoyed a variety of sports.
I have always been active in life however it was not until I started a career working with health centers across the nation that my passion for fitness was re-ignited.
Do you have a specialty or preferred area?
I currently teach group fitness classes that focuses on strength and conditioning. I really enjoy this, but I am also excited to keep learning and expanding my knowledge in all aspects of fitness. I just like helping people meet and exceed their goals whichever way is best for them.
What are some of your hobbies/interests?
I like to spend time outdoors as much as possible. I like walks, gardening, and getting together with friends for a workout or run.
What is your fitness philosophy?
My fitness philosophy is nutrition and exercise are the best
medicine to enjoy life. It is never too late to start working on both!
