At CCM Health, your emergency is our priority — day or night. Our Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and is staffed with a dedicated team of emergency physicians and specially trained nurses.
Whether you’re experiencing chest pain, stroke symptoms, a serious injury, or a mental health crisis, we are here to deliver fast, expert, and compassionate care when every second counts.

CCM Health is proudly designated by the Minnesota Department of Health as both a Level IV Trauma Center and an Acute Stroke Ready Hospital. These certifications recognize our ability to provide immediate, high-quality care for trauma and stroke patients, stabilizing critical conditions and coordinating timely transfers when higher levels of care are needed.
Certified by the Minnesota Department of Health, our Emergency Department is recognized as a Level IV Trauma Center.
We provide immediate assessment, resuscitation, and stabilization of trauma patients, with rapid transfer when necessary to regional trauma centers.
This means we provide:
- Immediate evaluation and stabilization for trauma patients
- Life-saving emergency interventions
- Rapid transfers to regional trauma centers when needed
We’re also proud to be an Acute Stroke Ready Hospital.
We are equipped to deliver life-saving stroke care, including fast imaging, expert evaluation, and administration of clot-busting medication.

Time is brain — and at CCM Health, help is just moments away. Through our 24/7 telestroke program, patients with stroke symptoms have virtual, real-time access to a board-certified neurologist within 20 minutes of arrival. This rapid consultation helps ensure accurate diagnosis and timely treatment, improving outcomes for stroke patients.
To support fast, accurate diagnosis and treatment, our Emergency Department has immediate access to:
- X-ray and Advanced imaging — including CT scan
- Full-service laboratory
- Telemedicine capabilities for various specialists
- Behavioral health providers available to assess behavioral health needs in the ED
From infants to seniors, our team is trained and ready to care for emergencies fno matter the age. Whether it’s a sports injury, high fever, breathing problem, or serious trauma, we are here with the tools, training, and compassion to help you heal.
