Michelle Schuldt, APRN, CNP Added to CCM Health Team of Providers
CCM Health is excited to welcome Michelle Schuldt, APRN, CNP to their provider team. Michelle received her licensed practical nurse and registered nurse degrees from Minnesota West in Granite Falls, Minnesota and obtained her master’s degree from Maryville University in St. Louis, Missouri. Michelle is board certified by the Minnesota Board of Nursing and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She also holds memberships to the Minnesota Nurses Association and the Obesity Medicine Association. She is currently finishing up her certification to become Wound and Ostomy certified. Michelle will be working in CCM Health’s Walk-In Clinic in Montevideo and Wound Care department.
As a small child Michelle had been going to hospitals and clinics regularly and always remembered the great care she received as well as her favorite nurses and doctors. She aspired to be one of those people giving back excellent health care to patients and be remembered for making a difference in someone’s life. Michelle received her certified nursing assistant certification at the age of 16, worked towards her licensed practical nurse and registered nurse degree and has been a registered nurse for ten years until recently reaching her goal of becoming a provider. Michelle is passionate about giving back and serving members of the community and making sure their health care needs are met. “I enjoy seeing the look on patients’ faces when I can help them improve their health and feel better,” shared Michelle. “By working in the Triage department at CCM Health for the past 3 years, I directed patients to receive the right level of care so now I look forward to helping them even further in my new provider role.”
Michelle resides locally with her husband, Terry. She has three children: Justine, Danica, QC, and their dog, Marley. Michelle enjoys being active in the Montevideo community, traveling, reading books, doing house projects, shopping, parasailing, snowmobiling, and four-wheeling. She is also fluent in American Sign Language.
