Nationally Known Healthcare Speaker Quint Studer Speaks at CCM Health Leadership Development Institute

On Thursday, October 3, 2024, CCM Health welcomed nationally renowned healthcare speaker and leadership expert Quint Studer as part of their ongoing Leadership Development Institute (LDI). Studer shared his insights with over 35 CCM Health directors, managers, and supervisors, focusing on effective leadership and achieving excellence in healthcare.

Studer, coauthor of the new book The Human Margin: Building the Foundations of Trust (with Katherine A. Meese, PhD), used his presentation to highlight how building trust within organizations is key to long-term success. His advice is based on the latest research and real-world leadership tactics proven to help teams and organizations thrive.
