Join us Thursday, September 24, 2020 9:00am-11:00am at the CCM Wellness Center for complimentary blood glucose screens, blood pressure checks, and information on your gut health. Become familiar with prebiotic and probiotic food sources that play an important role in your overall health by supporting your digestive system. Remember a healthy body eats healthy food!
