Health & Wellness Check-In

October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Join us Wednesday, October 14, 2020 2:00-4:00pm at the CCM Wellness Center for complimentary blood glucose screens, blood pressure checks, and information from CCM Health’s Radiology Department on mammograms and services the Radiology Department offers!
Masks are required to attend.
