CCM Health Community Investment Program Donates $30,000 to Local Organizations
Montevideo, Minnesota — In early 2022, CCM Health announced that its Community Investment Program (CIP) was continuing and that it was proud to be a contributing member in the communities it serves. Between January 1- March 1, 2022, CCM Health’s CIP received more than $89,000 in grant and donation requests. After close review and discussion, CCM Health approved more than $30,000 in donations to go to most of the organizations who sent in requests.
CCM Health’s Community Investment Advisory Committee reviewed applications received from organizations in Montevideo and other local communities. The organizations requesting funds were for programs focusing on wellness, education, arts and culture, diversity, and safety.
The organizations awarded larger funds from CCM Health for 2022 include:

- Montevideo High School Daybreak 2022
- Honkers Baseball
- Montevideo Lion’s Club – Light Up Montevideo Program
- Montevideo Public School- Small World Nursery School
- MACCRAY After Prom
- Melody Lanes
- Montevideo Fire Department
- Montevideo High School Band Boosters
- Minnesota Valley Community Concert Association
- Montevideo High School Scholarship Fund
- Montevideo Public School- Little Thunder Hawks Playground
- Montevideo Public School- Junior Thunder Hawks Program
- Prairie Arts Chorale
- Project Turnabout
- Montevideo Middle School Kids in the Community Day
- Fiesta Days
- Yellow Medicine East High School Scholarship Fund
“We are extremely pleased with how successful the Community Investment Program has been since its launch last year,” said Brian Lovdahl, CEO of CCM Health. “Many organizations are working to improve our communities through different avenues and we at CCM Health are proud that we are able to support these initiatives.”
