CCM Health Welcomes Kirsten Lundy, APRN, CNP to Provider Team!
CCM Health is excited to welcome Kirsten Lundy, APRN, CNP to its team of providers. Kirsten will
specialize in Walk-In Clinic, Same Day Clinic, and Wound Care services. She attended Walden University
and holds certifications and professional memberships with the American Academy of Nurse
Practitioners and is Wound Care Certified, reflecting her commitment to excellence in providing
specialty care.
A passion for caring for others and a deep commitment to community inspired Kirsten to pursue
a career as a family nurse practitioner. From an early age, caring for people came naturally to
her, and she quickly learned how meaningful it is to support others during vulnerable moments.
“Caring for others has always been a part of who I am, and I knew early on that I wanted a
career where I could make a difference in people’s lives and empower them to take an active
role in their health. I want all my patients to feel heard, supported, and cared for, because that
is the kind of care I would want for my own family.”
Kirsten chose CCM Health because its commitment to compassionate, personalized care closely
reflects how she practices as a family nurse practitioner. She believes in taking the time to truly
get to know her patients and their families, tailoring care to meet each individual’s needs so
they can live healthier, fuller lives. Having seen the high-quality care CCM Health has provided
to her loved ones over the years, Kirsten is honored to be part of an organization that has meant
so much to her family and the community.
Outside of work, Kirsten enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys, twins Cutler
and Colton, and her youngest, Jace, on their farm. She loves being outdoors and finds joy in
spending quality time with family and friends.
Kirsten will provide specialty services in CCM Health’s Walk-In Clinic, Same Day Clinic, and
Wound Care and will begin seeing patients beginning in March at CCM Health in Montevideo.
