In addition to being recognized as the #8 Best Place to Work in Healthcare in the United States, CCM Health received two additional national distinctions:
- #1 Healthiest Place to Work in Healthcare in the Nation among Providers and Insurers
- #2 Best Place to Work in the Nation in the Medium-Sized Employers category
The honors were announced during Modern Healthcare’s 2026 Best Places to Work in Healthcare Awards Gala on September 16 in Houston.

The 2026 recognition marks the sixth time CCM Health has been named one of Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in Healthcare.

The 2026 ranking represents CCM Health’s best overall finish since first being recognized by Modern Healthcare. Previous rankings through 2025 were documented in CCM Health’s 2025 announcement.
Being named the #1 Healthiest Place to Work in Healthcare is another significant milestone for CCM Health. The organization ranked #3 nationally in the category in 2025, making this year’s recognition its highest placement for employee health and well-being.

CCM Health also maintained its position as the #2 Best Place to Work in the Nation among Medium-Sized Employers, an honor the organization also earned in 2025.
Modern Healthcare’s Best Places to Work in Healthcare program recognizes outstanding employers across the healthcare industry. Modern Healthcare partners with Workforce Research Group on an assessment process that includes an extensive employee survey. The evaluation considers areas such as workplace satisfaction, benefits, leadership engagement, and organizational culture.
