Application Period for CCM Health’s 2026 Community Investment Program Opens January 1, 2026
CCM Health is proud to announce a $35,000 community funding commitment for 2026 through its Community Investment Program, empowering local organizations, initiatives, and grassroots projects across the regions CCM Health serves.
Entering its sixth year, the CCM Health Community Investment Program supports projects that strengthen communities in the areas of health, wellness, education, arts, culture, and safety. Since its launch, the program has awarded more than $130,000 back into the region, backing meaningful projects that improve quality of life for residents of all ages.
“Healthy communities don’t happen by accident, they happen because people care enough to build them,” said Brian Lovdahl, CEO of CCM Health. “This program exists to fuel that care with action, support big ideas, and remove barriers for organizations doing good work in our area.”
Application Details for 2026 Funding:
- Large grants ($200+): Applications open January 1, 2026, through March 1, 2026
- Micro-grants (under $200): Accepted year-round

The program continues to be guided by the CCM Health Community Investment Advisory Committee, ensuring funding decisions reflect community impact, sustainability, and alignment with CCM Health’s mission.

- Public safety and access improvements
- Arts and heritage initiatives
- Community nutrition and activity-based events
