Did you know 358,000 people in Minnesota or 8.4% of the adult population have been diagnosed with diabetes and an addition 118,000 people in Minnesota have diabetes but don’t know it. Join us Thursday, August 27 , 2020 9:00am-11:00am at the CCM Wellness Center for complimentary blood glucose screens, blood pressure checks, information on Type 2 diabetes and hypertension.
