Mackenzie Snortum, APRN, PMHNP

CCM Health is excited to welcome Mackenzie Snortum, APRN, PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) to their team of growing providers!  Mackenzie received her master’s degree in Psychiatric Mental Health from Maryville University Catherine McAuley School of Nursing.  She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the Minnesota Psychological Association and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.  Mackenzie has worked at CCM Health since 2010 as an RN. 

Mackenzie has always enjoyed helping others and making a difference in someone’s life.  She is passionate about all areas of mental health, especially helping those with anxiety and depression, “I want to normalize mental health to provide hope to those who suffer with a mental health diagnosis.  I am passionate about providing care in a collaborative work setting where we as providers can integrate primary care along with mental health.”                 

Mackenzie has been married to her husband for seven years and has three children: Reece, Syler and Calloway.  In her spare time Mackenzie enjoys hunting, fishing, being outside, running, cross country skiing, bow hunting for deer, reading and being active with her children.
